Jeremy Piven accuser says he exposed himself, rubbed against her until he came

A third woman has come forward accusing “Entourage” star Jeremy Piven of sexual misconduct. Advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby alleged in an interview with People magazine that Piven sexually assaulted her after reading tweets by former Playmate Ariane Bellamar — claiming that Piven groped her on the “Entourage” set and at the Playboy Mansion.

Scourby told People that she met Piven at a club in 2003 when she was on a business trip in New York City. She said that he invited her to be his guest at a Conan O’Brien taping the next day and gave her his number. Although Scourby said that he was perfectly nice when they met, the next day he attacked her when she met him at his suite at the  Trump International Hotel & Tower at 11 a.m., prior to his talk show taping.

From People:

“I remember I was wearing this white ribbed turtle neck and brown slacks — business attire — and I was sitting right next to him on the couch,” Scourby says. “We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his [publicist] to come with us.”

Suddenly, “he jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground,” recalls Scourby, who says Piven exposed his genitals and began rubbing them against her body.

She says she remained clothed the entire 15 minutes of her time in his suite but “he held down my hands” and ejaculated “all over my white turtleneck.”

Scourby said she then shoved Piven off of her and ran out of the suite, but not before rubbing her chest “against the wall to get his [semen] off of my sweater.”

A friends of the ad exec corroborated that Scourby called from the cab back to her hotel from Piven’s suite and discussed the alleged assault. “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen,” Piven said in a statement. “I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”

In addition to Bellmar and Scourby, porn star Isis Taylor accused Piven of sexually harassing her at an after-party for the 2011 NBA All Star game. Taylor said that he harassed her when the two went outside to smoke.

“All of a sudden [Piven] is like “Look all this can be yours,” as he points to his dickk. I look down, and his dick is full blown out,” Taylor said in a 2013 interview. Taylor said that Piven insisted that she “just touch it, just touch it.”

A rep for CBS said that the network is “looking into” sexual misconduct claims against Piven, who stars in the crime procedural “Wisdom of the Crowd.”
