Check out Justin Vernon’s take on “With God On Our Side.”

Bon Iver‘s Justin Vernon is known for sounding great when he sings in falsetto, but here we have a chance to hear him shine in a lower register, as well. During a concert in Portland, Oregon last week, Bon Iver performed a version of Bob Dylan‘s “With God On Our Side.”

It’s a respectful, peaceful cover of the Dylan track, with a couple of trumpet solos and Vernon showing off his talent for baritone. Someone in the crowd managed to record a decent-quality audio rip, which you can check out below.
