Internet meme Pedobear can best be described as a bear that loves children. A lot. And by that I mean sexually. Pedobear showed up today at the trial of notorious kiddy diddler Jerry Sandusky, the Penn State football coach who plead ‘not guilty’ to 10 counts of child molestation. Which is no laughing matter.

But this is! Pedobear (or at the very least, a man dressed as Pedobear) showed up at the courthouse this morning and was actually interviewed by the media – as you can see in the above photo. Hopefully this might raise a laugh or two out of the frankly horrific situation, but maybe not: Pedobear has been confused by some less internet-savvy cops for an actual mascot of pedophilia.
