Lykke Li and Fleetwood Mac—not an obvious choice, although perhaps there is something vaguely Steve Nicksian about her voice at times. Lykke has just released a cover of the Fleetwood Mac song “Silver Springs,” which begins with reverb and slapback delay-laden guitar and gradually building a minor wall of sound. It’s really quite something to listen to.
