Brad Pitt’s brother Doug gets through his day just like you and me—cooking lasagna, mowing the lawn, pumping gas and cleaning his family minivan. Except now Doug’s normality is being rewarded, as Virgin Mobile has offered him his first celebrity endorsement for a campaign based on “making things fairer in the Pitt family.”

“As believers in ‘a fair go for all’, Virgin Mobile have decided to make things a little fairer in the Pitt family,” says Virgin Mobile. And as it turns out, D. Pitt does a fair job in front of the camera. He shoots some hoops, does a couple dance moves, and who knows if it’s purposeful, but he makes some funny “aw shucks” facial expressions throughout the 2-minute spot, driving home his suburban “regular guy” status.

If Euro RSCG, the agency that conceived of this spot, continues with celebrity sibling endorsements, we hope any neglected Clooney and Damon siblings get some action as well.
