If you didn’t watch “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” this season, it’s not too late, folks: the season ended Wednesday, but TLC announced three holiday specials, one for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas each, and a new season which will start shooting October 17.

All we can say is that you missed a fantastic season of Television, with enormous lows, like Anna, Honey Boo Boo’s pregnant 18 year-old sister, laughing so hard she pees on the couch; and enormous highs, like Honey Boo Boo’s Elvis costume and one sister bobbing for pigs’ feet at the Redneck Olympics. And Wednesday was hell of a finale, in which Anna finally has baby Kaitlyn, who has an extra thumb due to genetic mutation, and Honey Boo Boo gets a visit from her gay uncle, “Uncle Poodle,” and makes a very short, but totally right-on statement about homosexuality: “Ain’t nothin’ wrong with bein’ a little gay; Everybody’s a little gay.”
