Four Tet, the blippy-bloopy electronic outfit championed by Thom Yorke, is well known for remixing Radiohead (and opening for them on tour). Being blippy and bloopy by nature, Four Tet’s remixes end up sounding quite a bit like Thom Yorke’s excellent solo record “The Eraser.”

Recently Four Tet remixed The xx track “Angels.” Now Jamie xx, the somewhat blippy-bloopy and massively talented electronic multi-instrumentalist of The xx, takes his turn remixing Four Tet’s tune “Lion.” The result is hypnotic, a bit dancey, and two minutes shorter than the original.
