From the looks of it, this 72 year-old Chinese man, Liu Xianping, just kind of fell into modeling. According to an interview his granddaughter Ms. Lv gave a Chinese paper, Xianping showed up at her teen clothing store Yuekou one day to help unpack boxes. “He picked up one piece and tried to give some advice on how to mix and match. We thought it was fun so we started shooting.” The shoot went so well that Ms. Lv made him the face of the store. The next thing they knew the images went viral, and according to reports sales have since increased five-fold.

As you can see, Xianping looks amazing in thigh highs and has a certain je ne sais quoi about posing. As if that’s not admirable enough, OffBeatChina quoted him: “Why unacceptable (for someone like me to wear women’s clothes? Modeling for the store is helping my granddaughter and I have nothing to lose. We were very happy on the day of the shooting. I’m very old and all that I care about is to be happy.”
