This video is old but it just came to our attention on Reddit today. And the timing is kind of perfect—as Inaugural BeyonceGate 2K13 rolls into this weekend’s Super Bowl, here’s a video that reminds us that not everyone lip syncs.
About 40 seconds into the video all the sound cuts out, except Gaga’s mic stays live, proving that she was in fact singing. She keeps the song going like a champ.
After the Inauguration Wall Street Journal actually released a video that seemed to show Beyonce singing along with a prerecorded track. We’ll probably never know whether she was lip syncing, really singing, or doubling. But here’s a nice reminder that not everything is fake all the time.

Here are a bunch of videos that PROVE Lady Gaga does lip-sync in her shows. Considering that she used to say she "does it live 100% of the time", being caught miming and singing under pre-recorded vocals is embarrassing. If you do it "live", you don't hide your live vocals under pre-recorded vocal bacltrack. neither you blatantly mime entire choruses and verses. Evidence?
