Depeche Mode perform ‘Heaven’ on ‘Letterman’

Mar 12, 2013

The Essex group are back again with a live performance of their new single “Heaven” off of their upcoming album “Delta Machine.” Depeche Mode have a long legacy—the band has inspired legions of others to get into music and can be credited for many of the great bands today.

The song is classic Depeche Mode—sad and somber with harmonious vocals. The band played “Letterman” last night in front of a world tour that begins in May. The band will be crisscrossing the world promoting “Delta Machine.”

They also participated in the latest edition of the Live on Letterman webcast series. Their 45-minute set included several new tracks, specifically “Should Be Higher”, “Angel”, “Soothe My Soul” and “Soft Touch”. Some of our personal favorites such as “Personal Jesus” and “Enjoy the Silence” also showed up. Check out both videos below and catch the band at one of the many stops on their upcoming world tour.
