It's been a while, by Hollywood standards, since actor Ben Affleck had a decent movie. But from the looks of the trailer released yesterday, The Town is no Gigli. And we would like to say, "Welcome back, Decent Actor and Director Ben Affleck!" and shower him with confetti. The Town, directed by Affleck, tells the story of a community of Boston bank robbers. Affleck plays one of these thieves, but he's the hood with a heart of gold who happens to fall for a woman he previously kidnapped. (Reverse-stockholm?) To say the least, gunplay and drama ensue.
