The Flaming Lips spent some time in western New York last month, where they recorded videos of “live” versions of two songs from their album “The Soft Bulletin” and audience clapping at SUNY Fredonia. The band has confirmed that those will be part of a live version of the 1999 release and even revealed the artwork on Twitter. There’s no word yet on a release date. The band will also play two dates in a Los Angeles cemetery — one night they’ll play “The Soft Bulletin” in its entirety and the other they will play Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon.” A full list of their tour dates is below.
